Nutrition For Brain Development
We have learned so much about the importance of nutrition to brain development. It is vital for a growing child to have a healthy balanced diet to develop their full potential. With the right nutrition and exercise children can look forward to long exciting lives full of learning and fun. They need not fear an old age full of pain and confusion. The medical advances we see today will benefit our children in their older years.
We, too can use the knowledge to ensure our older years are full and productive. We can continue learning well after retirement age and thanks to medical technology we can remain fit and active.
Nutrition is vital to the continued health of our brains. Diseases like Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and dementia have been linked to nutrition deficiencies. If you follow a healthy diet, get regular exercise and keep your mind active and alert, you should live a long, healthy life.
